My experience with NexGen Cloud has been nothing short of exceptional, starting from the interview process and continuing through to my initial weeks on the job. The interview process set a positive tone, with recruiter Noelia being particularly helpful and patient. Her professionalism and clear communication ensured that I was well-prepared for each stage of the interview, alleviating much of the stress typically associated with job hunting.

The company’s response to this situation was exemplary. HR remained in constant contact with me during the outage, showing understanding and support rather than frustration. My onboarding experience at NexGen Cloud has been incredibly smooth and welcoming, setting a high standard for how new employees should be integrated into a company. One of the first things that stood out to me was receiving access to essential tools such as Slack, Jira, and email even before my official start date. This early access was instrumental in helping me understand the typical workflow and communication patterns within the organization. It allowed me to familiarize myself with the platforms and be more prepared for my first day, making the transition much smoother.

This thoughtful initiative pairs new employees with experienced colleagues who can provide guidance and support during the initial weeks. My buddies, Shafin and Linto, have been incredibly kind and supportive, constantly guiding me on what to do and what not to do. Their advice has been invaluable in helping me navigate the new environment and quickly adapt to the company culture. Knowing exactly who to reach out to if I encounter any problems has made me feel more confident and comfortable in my new role.

His positive attitude and encouragement have motivated me to engage more deeply with my work and the team, enhancing my overall experience.
